Humanity is Every One Person (HEOP)

COMPASSION WORKSHOPS ~ MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS ~ MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING

Welcome to Humanity is Every One Person (HEOP)

Humanity Is Every One Person (HEOP) is a structured, workshop-based program designed to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges while also providing professionals with practical tools for effective engagement. Founded in 2018 by Frank Derell Vaughn, HEOP was developed through
real-world application within a correctional setting and built over time through consistent implementation, participation, and refinement. The program combines lived experience with structured
support to help individuals better understand their behavior, strengthen accountability, and develop practical ways to move forward.

HEOP is designed for real environments, where understanding, communication, and behavior matter—and where lasting change requires more than conversation
alone.

Why HEOP Matters

HEOP was developed through direct experience working with individuals facing real mental health challenges within a structured environment. It is grounded in the understanding that meaningful change does not come from information alone—it comes from engagement, consistency, accountability, as well
as compassion and understanding.

What distinguishes HEOP is its ability to combine lived experience with a structured approach to support. It works alongside individuals—helping them better understand their behavior, take responsibility for their actions, and develop practical ways to move forward. The program is built on real application. It has been implemented in settings where structure, participation, and accountability are essential, and where individuals are actively working to improve how they think,
respond, and interact with others.

At the same time, HEOP provides professionals with a clear and practical framework for engagement—offering insight into how to communicate, connect, and work
effectively with individuals who are often misunderstood. HEOP is not based on theory alone. It is built through experience, refined over time, and designed to produce measurable, lasting change.
